Hofacre Optometric Corporation & Dry Eye Care

There is nothing more convenient for maintaining my family's eye health than Hofacre Optometry inside my Chino Hills Costco. I do my annual eye exams there for my senior peepers (with some specialized TLC required) and my daughter and husband also go for their eye exams and prescription updates. We always get exceptional service, and are in and out quickly and efficiently! Everyone there is wonderful.

I love Hofacre Optometric! I can usually get a last-minute appointment (which is crucial for my crazy schedule), everyone is pleasant and professional, and I am in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. The doctors are so nice and they really listen. They make sure any concerns are addressed. Thank you!

Four years ago I went to Dr. Hofacre to get a prescription for contacts. She was my daughters doctor My vision was poor and I had headaches. Dr. Hofacre notice something was wrong and recommended that I see a ophthalmologist from my insurance. My eye doctor recommended a MRI where it found a tumor in my head. I'm thankful and blessed that Dr. Hofacre recognized I needed help. Thank you Dr. Hofacre!

Love this place. I was very apprehensive about getting my contact lenses, but these ladies made it worryfree. Combine that with the fact that they're in Costco made it an easy choice for me. A++++
